With our first two apartments now officially open and fully occupied, Abilities is proud to expand its presence within the Village at Hawk Pointe, an exceptional development by Asbury Farms Real Estate. As part of this larger development, our licensed apartments provide a warm, community-centered setting where individuals with disabilities can live as independently as possible while receiving the supports they need to thrive.

As we look ahead in 2026, the remaining two apartments, purposefully designed to support residents with medical needs, will further enhance the continuum of care available within this integrated neighborhood.

Our residential services are guided by a commitment to growth and excellence. We provide comprehensive support both in the home and throughout the community, ensuring every resident receives personalized, person‑centered care. Two of our four apartments offer 24‑hour nursing services, supporting medical levels 1–6 while promoting safety, comfort, and autonomy.
