Quick and Creamy Mac ‘n Cheese
Directions
- Cook the pasta
- Drain the pasta
- Create sauce by adding squash and milk in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese, slowly mix it together.
- Add sauce to pasta and mix together
- Serve!
National Wildlife Refuge by Jack French
The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is a national Wildlife refuge in northeastern Alaska, United States. It consists of 19,286,722 acres in the Alaska North Slope region. It is the largest national wildlife refuge In the country. The wildlife refuge helps protect and save animals that are in danger. Some of these animals are fish and bears. There was a problem with the bird flu in this refuge and they were working towards saving the animals so they did not get sick.

Tropical Rouge! Pretty Cure is a Japanese Magical girl anime television series produced by Toei Animation. It is the 18th installment in the pretty cure franchise. It is Directed by Yutaka Tsuchida and written by Masahiro Yokotani. The series premiered on ANN on February 28th, 2021. succeeding Healin’ Good Pretty Cure in its initial time slot. It was succeeded by Delicious Party Pretty Cure on February 6, 2022. The show’s themes are motivation and responsibility, both are which are emphasized in reference to its protagonists creating and forming the Tropical Club, as well as one’s ability to take accountability for their actions. While not stated otherwise, another actual theme is dance (the third series after Fresh Pretty Cure! and HappinessCharge PreCure!), as all of its cures excel at several dance styles – even incorporating those moves in their fighting and attacks, and it also contains the series’ first dance-focused opening. The cures’ main motifs are mermaids, tropical and ocean themes, and cosmetics. Toei Animation Inc. licensed the series outside Japan with Crunchyroll streaming the series in several western territories. Manatsu Natsuumi is a first-year middle school student who moved to Aozora City from Minamino Island to see her mother. Upon her arrival on the mainland, she begins her new life there and her first semester in middle school. But one day, she met with a strange person named Laura, a mermaid who had originated in a mystical place called Grand Ocean, the land of Mermaids. She has been searching for the legendary warriors of the Grand Ocean who can stand up against the Witch of Delays, an entity from the bottom of the ocean that conquered her nation and has sucked all the Motivation Power out of the people in the kingdom. Laura is only searching for the legendary warriors due to the request from the Queen of Mermaids and just for her own selfish desire to be queen one day. But as one of the witch’s minions started to attack Aozora City, Manatsu suddenly is blessed with the powers of the sea that allows her to become Cure Summer, one of the legendary warriors foretold in the legends of the Grand Ocean. Manatsu is later joined by Sango Suzumura (Cure Coral), Minori Ichinose (Cure Papaya), Asuka Takizawa (Cure Flamingo) and Laura (Cure La Mer) to form the Tropical-Rouge Pretty Cure Team to fend off against the forces of the Witch of Delays and restore the Grand Ocean to its former splendor.

How to Help a Friend in Need by Florence Scribner
If you know of someone that needs help, call 911 and give your name, phone number and location. The ambulance will come to help save the person. If there is a fire in your house, get out right away! Call the fire department and they will come and put the fire out for you. If a person needs CPR you will push down on their chest and then take breaths into their mouth. When the ambulance shows up they will take over and get the person to the hospital. When the person is in the hospital, you can go visit them, sometimes a priest will go see the sick person, you can say prayers for the person who is sick in bed.
Truck and Tractor Pulls by Brian Bartow
Truck and Tractor pulling, also known as power pulling, is a motorsports competition. When pulling, the goal is to pull the most amount of weight the farthest distance. There are many events that happen in the United States, if you win an event you can earn a prize. Some people that win the events will earn money. When you go to a tractor pull, you should bring headphones so the noise is not as loud. I watch truck and tractor pulls on the tablet, so the noise is not as loud.
