Abilities of Northwest Jersey takes great pride in providing exceptional employment and vocational supports to people with disabilities throughout northwestern New Jersey. Our success speaks for itself, supporting more than 800 individuals with disabilities in finding community employment throughout the last four decades.

We are dedicated to providing the best supports possible through person-centered planning, focusing on each individual’s career goals. Strong relationships with local job sampling sites and employers both small and large, allows for diversity and choice when seeking community employment. We also offer options for individuals that require more supports prior to seeking community employment, such as our STAR on campus training, Extended Employment supports, and Benefits Counseling.
