Paid training provided:

Abilities believes that training is essential in order to equip staff with the proper tools and resources to be successful in their position.

Abilities provides training that meets the mandatory DDD and Medicaid requirements: CPR/FA/AED; Preventing Abuse, Neglect, & Exploitation; Danielle’s Law, Komnino’s Law, Incident Reporting, Crisis Management, Medication, Corporate Compliance and more. 

New hires are provided with an orientation inclusive of agency history, mission, vision & core values, service plans, fire safety, medical overview, & disability etiquette.
