- The Lady Killers: February 17 – March 5
Sometimes, my family and I go and usher at centenary stage and then we watch the shows. Maybe one day I will see you at a show!

Kim’s Cooking Corner by Kim Russo
This month I decided to write a recipe for stuffed squash!
Ingredients needed:
- Butternut squash
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Spinach
- Bacon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- -Drizzle the cut sides of butternut squashes with olive oil
- -Turn the squash upside down(cut side on the tray) and roast in the oven at 400 F for 40 minutes
- -scoop out the inside but leave about a 1-inch border along the sides.
- -Put the spinach, bacon, and cheese mixture into the squash
- -Sprinkle bacon on top
- -Roast in the oven at 400 F for 15 more minutes until the cheese mixture melts.
