Individual Support Services and Day Programs

Abilities of Northwest Jersey takes great pride in providing innovative individual support service opportunities for people with disabilities, in the setting of choice – in program, at home, and in the community. Supporting individuals of all ages with disabilities, including those with complex medical and behavioral special needs, we provide on-site day programming as well as home and community-based support.

Tailored around their service plan, each unique individual’s goals, dreams, desires, and needs are the focus when selecting from our many support options. Support options include speech therapy, behavioral, medical, music & art enrichment, health & wellness curriculum, technology, and state-of-the-art sensory rooms.
