Cindy Wildermuth is the CEO of Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc., an accredited non-profit organization providing employment and support services for over 350 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families.

Sue is the Chief Operating Officer for Abilities of Northwest Jersey, and lifelong resident of Warren County. For many years, she has dedicated her life to making a difference in the life of persons with disabilities in the community.
Samantha Accetturo
HR Specialist
Samantha began her career at Abilities in July 2022 as the Production Manager overseeing our Community Rehabilition Program and Contract Packaging and Fulfillment Services. In 2024, she was promoted to the HR Specialist role.

Mission Engagement Manager
Charissa began her career with Abilities in 2013 as the Business Developer but quickly grew within her role to Marketing and Events Coordinator.

Born and raised in New York, as the youngest of three children by her single mother, Mary credits her solid worth ethic and compassion for others to her family. Mary attended Mabel Dean Bacon Vocational High School, where she studied the art of cosmetology.

Deb Martin is the Fleet & Facilities Manager for Abilities of Northwest Jersey. Deb joined the Abilities team in 1998 as a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Abilities’ Medical Special Needs Program.

Michelle is the Director of Training and Quality Improvement for Abilities of Northwest Jersey. She was formerly the Director of Day Program Services and has 25+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Donna Zimmerman
Controller
Donna Zimmerman first began her career at Abilities in 2014, as a staff accountant. Within her five-year career with Abilities, Donna moved up to the position of Abilities Controller. Donna credits her success to her strong organization skills as well as her accounting and math minded skills.
