Linda Hagan of Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc. was named a recipient of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Heroes Award by the New Jersey Association of Community Providers (NJACP).
The award, which honors DSPs who make an impact on the lives of the people they serve, was presented during an online ceremony on September 16.
As someone who personifies Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc.’s mission, Linda Hagan viewed what she was doing as “part of the job.”
Her role in preparing Abilities’ Phillipsburg Day Program facility to re-open post-COVID and her dedication to participants who were unable to return to the facility, have earned her the recognition she deserves.
